If I could give MORE than 5 I would! A special mention to Angelo who went above and beyond! I went into their store a half an hour before closing with a storage box I could not for the life of me put together at home and I needed some guidance (as it was for a gift the next day)! Angelo came up and did SO MUCH MORE than guide me and I ended up with a fully assembled box that he ALSO helped load into my car! AMAZING customer service and because of this Fantastic employee I will be making Lonsdale my Go to store as they are ALL Very Friendly and willing to help. Thank you so much Angelo and fellow crew GREAT WORK!
Went there this morning (Saturday) at 9:15 to look at sheds and there was 5 people working. We walked in and we’re looking around for a while and not one person came up and asked if we needed help. I approached someone to get some assistance and mentioned we’ve not had anyone come to us yet and instead of saying sorry, he just said “ok that’s alright”, then proceeded to give us the laziest service. Didn’t offer anything other than basic info. All of them were standing around worried about making themselves a coffee instead of serving customers. Was our first and last time there.
Forklift driver was a lovely young gentleman. 10/10 would consider baking him cookies. Keep up the good work my handsome grandson! Xoxo grandma (your mother helped me type this!)

Went to the Lonsdale store to sort out a new shed. I spoke to Andrew, who showed me the sheds and helped organise my order. I needed to adjust the order after getting home and Andrew went above and beyond to help me out. I would recommend paying the guys at Stratco Lonsdale a visit, they are very helpful and I will be using them again.
